Conference Registration Opens

ABC in BeijingMark your calendars—attendee registration for the Almond Board of California’s annual Almond Industry Conference (AIC) is now open. The AIC is celebrating its 38th year as the only conference in the world dedicated entirely to the almond industry and will take place Dec. 8-9. Held in Modesto, Calif., the AIC brings together more than 1,800 growers, suppliers, distributors, marketers and researchers from around the globe. This is the single largest gathering of growers and members of the California Almond industry, representing more than 95% of the almond tonnage produced in California and providing attendees an opportunity to network with peers and representatives from almond-specific companies.

For the first time ever, the AIC is offering a special opening reception on Tuesday evening, Dec. 7, for 2010 conference participants. This event, sponsored by BASF, allows industry members to interact with one another in a social environment. Additionally, the exhibit tent has been expanded and will include more premium exhibit spaces where companies will showcase large equipment and informational booths. The conference planning team is working hard to ensure that the presentations and workshops are tailored to fit your needs.
