Chocolate Almond Clusters created by: Almond Board of California

servings 12
ingredients 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole blanched or natural almonds

preparation Combine 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk in top of double boiler; heat over gently boiling water until chocolate melts. Cook, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Stir in 1 cup whole blanched or natural almonds. Drop by level tablespoons onto foil. Let stand until dry. Store in closed jar.
