It’s Happy Hour somewhere! So go ahead and shake yourself up a chilled almond and toffee martini. Don’t forget to rim your glass with almond milk and cocoa powder for an extra touch of flavor. Cheers!
1 ounce almond milk
1 ounce brown crème de cacao
1 ounce butterscotch liqueur
1 ounce vodka
Fill a shaker halfway full of ice. Pour in almond milk, crème de cacao, butterscotch liqueur and vodka. Cover and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and serve.
Note : For a delicious garnish, rim the glass in cocoa powder or sugar crystals/ crystallized sugar. First, pour a teaspoon or 2 of almond milk into a saucer. Then, place a teaspoon or 2 of cocoa powder in a saucer. Dip the rim first in almond milk, then one or two times in cocoa powder. Reserve glass until ready to fill.
