As 2012 Almond Industry Leadership Program participants work on their final projects, it’s time to pass on the torch to a new crop of individuals who aim to become leaders in our industry.
This one-year program is an opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in all aspects of the California Almond industry. The comprehensive program offers young individuals within the almond industry an opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills for future management in the industry.
Applications and additional information about the Almond Industry Leadership Program are available online. You are also invited to watch this year’s participants present their special projects Tuesday, Nov. 6, at 10:00 a.m. in the Almond Board offices. The 2012 participants will also be available to answer questions Thursday, Dec. 13, at The Almond Conference in Sacramento.
