Form 52 – DV User Application

To become a direct-verifiable (DV) user, manufacturers must meet certain criteria and show that they will treat almonds using a technology that has been determined to achieve a minimum 4-log reduction in Salmonella. Complete a Form 52  – Instructions for Participation in the Direct Verifiable (DV) Program for Further Processing of Untreated Almonds, and submit to Bunnie Ibrahim.

Form 53 – DV Auditor Application must be filled out and approved by the ABC to become a DV (direct-verifiable) auditor. Submit completed forms to Bunnie Ibrahim.
