VASP e-certificate

VASP Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Almond Handlers

A MOU is required to acknowledge the partnership between the Almond Board of California (ABC) and those handlers who have agreed to follow the testing and sampling protocols of the Voluntary Aflatoxin Sampling Program (VASP). By signing the MOU, handlers agree to allow ABC staff to periodically review records and procedures to ensure that they are performing in accordance with the VASP program. Participating in the program will ensure confidence in the quality of California Almonds and will demonstrate the industry’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy food product worldwide.
