Manage Stockpile Moisture to Prevent Aflatoxin

As more and more stockpiling is taking place at the grower or the huller/sheller, the risk of aflatoxin production is increased. Researchers have been monitoring stockpiles throughout almond-growing regions of the state in order to develop management practices that will reduce the potential for contamination.
