ingredients
8 Ounces Lump crab meat, cleaned
3 Ounces Almonds, toasted / ground
11/4 Ounces Lime Juice, fresh
3/4  Ounce Nahm Pla (fermented fish sauce)
1/4 Ounce Galangal, available at Asian markets
1 Ounce Shallots, thin sliced
1/4 Ounce Scallions, thin sliced
1/4 Ounce Cilantro, minced
1/4 Ounce Mint, minced
3 Ounces Cucumber, small dice
3 Ounces Long bean, available at Asian market
1/4 Ounce Dried Chilies, crushed
1/4 OunceBasil, Thai

Assembly:
2 heads Boston Bibb Lettuce

procedure
1. In a clean stainless bowl, combine ingredients well.  
2. Allow to set and marinade for approximately an hour before service
3. Serve with bibb lettuce leaves as wraps
