I love eating dry-roasted, salty almonds with dark chocolate as my dessert. So sweet and so salty, it’s the perfect combo.
When the holidays roll around, I like to bake for gifts. I make almond shortbread, almond pumpkin bread, and almond cookies. It’s just my way to spread the “tastier side of life” around to all my friends and family.
Two words: almond milk. I love using it over cereal instead of regular milk and it’s great for hot cocoa. It’s creamy and delicious and makes the perfect treat on cold days.
